All refunds are processed by the method of payment used in the initial transaction, except in the case of cash payments where the refund is processed through cheque or online transfer.
The refund is initiated from our end within 5 working days of receiving the cancellation request for requests placed online through our Customer Support section, and within 7 working days for requests placed on the phone. An e-mail confirmation of the refund amount will be sent to the email address given to us at the time of booking.
Please note that it may take 5 - 17 days for the money to reflect in your account, depending on your bank, after the refund is initiated from our end.
The cancellation policy is specific to the hotel and rate that you are booking. On the Review Itinerary Page you can see the cancellation policy for the room and rate that you are trying to book.
If you fail to carry a printout of your E-Ticket, you will need to go to the airline counter at the airport and request for an E-Ticket copy by providing the PNR number of your reservation. The PNR number (You can find this unique number on the top  of your E-ticket page issued by ExpressEarth.).
No, you need not register with us before you make a booking. Once you give us your email id at the time of making your first booking, we will automatically register you and send your account password to your email ID. This computer generated password can be changed anytime after logging into your account. You would be able to view all your bookings at one place when you log in using your email address and password.

Most hotels in India usually have Check-In and Check-Out timings set at 12 Noon. Though there are some hotels that may allow an early Check-In or late Check-Out, it depends on the availability of the rooms that the hotel might have at its disposal at that time. Further, there are also chances that a hotel may charge you for one day extra in the case of an early Check-In or late Check-Out. Should you have any such requirement do let us know which hotel you have booked or are interested in booking, and we will find out the timings for you as well as any other information that you may require

No need to worry. There is nothing you need to do except check your email and mobile for a confirmation SMS. In case we receive confirmation of your payment, we would generate your e-ticket and mail it to your email address and send across a SMS to your mobile phone as well. In case you do not receive any communication from us, and money has been deducted from your bank account/cash card or charged to your credit card, you need not do anything. We will automatically refund the full amount back to your credit card/debit card/cash card/net banking account. The same will reflect in your card/bank statement within 7 working days. In case the client makes any changes to his accommodation while on tour, ExpressEarth shall not refund or pay any compensation. The client is liable to pay any additional sum that is required to be paid consequent to the aforesaid changes made in the accommodation.
A Twin room has 2 Single or Queen-size beds where as a Double Room has 1 King-size bed
When making your booking, select the number of children traveling with you from the �Children� drop�down box. If you select just 1 child, our search will give you the price of a double room with child, not including an extra bed. If you want an extra bed in the room, you need to increase the number of passengers in your search.
Clients will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable so that the driver/tour director can complete the travel. In the event that any sightseeing schedule is missed due to any delay by the client, the same will not be refunded to the client under any circumstances.

These are rarest cases. In such a situation, don�t get panic. This case usually happen when you are paying through net banking and usually the result of a slow internet connection, power failure or etc. To know how & why this can happen, it's always better to know a little of how net banking payment works towards payment: Once a Customer selects the bank and hits the �Pay� button, our website (ExpressEarth) redirects you (customer) to bank�s website where he/she makes the payment. Once the payment is completed the bank website redirects the customer to our website, where the booking is done after the aforesaid payment is verified online instantly. Once this is done, assigned confirmation page is displayed for customer on website and the voucher sent to the customer's e-mail.
Well, process stated above is necessary to be made for successful completion of workflow and issuing voucher to customer. If during this stage anything goes wrong (i.e., a slow internet connection or power failure) and the connection breaks down, our system unable to identify that the payment has been made and account debited. In such a scenario the aforesaid booking won�t be generated from our website. However, you need not despair; do inform is at help@expressearth.com about the issue quoting the bank�s name, the amount deducted, e-coupon used (if any), as well as the mode of transaction, and the full money will be refunded back to you, without any cancellation charges, within 3-4 business days.

In case you are paying for the booking by credit card, we require a Letter of Dispatch and a copy of the credit card used for making the booking. A passport copy is also required if the transaction amount is more than Rs. 50,000.
Wheelchair request needs to be given at the time of booking or in advance to the date of travel. Most airlines offer it free of cost but a few carriers collect charges for same at the check-in counter. The wheelchair facility is available from the check-in counter at the time of departure till the exit of airport building upon arrival.
A half-board meal plan includes breakfast and one major meal - either lunch or dinner, whereas full-board includes all 3 meals, i.e., breakfast, lunch and dinner.
A vast majority of our refunds are processed back to the same account which was charged for making the booking and no additional details are required from the customer for processing the refund. There are, however, some scenarios where the refund can't be initiated by reversing back the original transaction and hence we have to request the bank account details of the customer to process the refund. These scenarios are listed below: Some banks do not allow us to process a refund/reversal against a transaction that is older than 90 days. So, if you made your booking well in advance and cancelled it about 3 months or later, then we might call you back asking for your bank account details Some banks do not allow us to process multiple refunds against a single transaction. So, if you cancelled a part of the booking earlier and do a second cancellation later, the refund against the second cancellation request may not be accepted by your bank. This can also happen if we processed a cash back on some booking under a promotion and then attempt to do a refund against the cancellation. If you paid through your credit/debit card or by cash in one of our offices/branches, the refund against cancellation of any of such bookings needs to be processed through a wire transfer. For processing these refunds, we require your bank account number, branch address and IFSC Code of your bank branch. Both these details should be printed on your cheque book. If you do not find your IFSC Code on the cheque book, please reach out to your bank branch and ask for the same. You should also save it somehwere for future reference.
No, you cannot make an international travel if your passport has expired. You can only travel on a valid passport along with validity of 6 month before the travel is completed.
